Team recruitment and community participation are separate paths. Both should be easy to understand without forcing people into a large account system.
The final form can be short and purpose-built. This static concept does not collect or send any information.
Join the team
The team path should remain human-reviewed. A short application establishes who the player is in-game, why they are interested, and how they want to contribute.
Submit a short application
Only collect the information the team actually needs: display name, in-game identity, contact route, and a brief introduction.
Talk with leadership
A real conversation replaces automated scoring, public applications, and unnecessary profile creation.
Receive the decision privately
Acceptance, waitlist, or decline responses stay between the applicant and team leadership.
Team expectations
- Represent the team respectfully in races and public community spaces.
- Contribute constructively through competition, setup knowledge, events, content, or team support.
- Respect private setups and team-only information.
- Avoid conduct that creates sponsor, platform, or community risk.
Join the community
People should be able to follow the team, browse public setups, and join the Discord community without applying for membership. The production site should place the real invitation link here after team approval.
Community access is not an application, and joining the Discord does not imply team membership.
Data and privacy
The preferred approach is to collect as little as possible. The public website does not need user accounts for ordinary browsing. Private setup viewers should not need accounts, and applications should be deleted or archived according to a clear retention policy after review.
